How Does Thermal Paper Work?
Thermal paper is paper that has been pre-coated or impregnated with special chemicals that react with heat at a specific temperature. When the thermal paper passes over the print head in a thermal printer, the areas in direct contact with the print head turn black, producing an image.
What kind of receipt paper do I need?

How do I find a product on your website?
We have intentionally made our site user-friendly. You can find your desired product really easily using a couple of different methods. You can use our Quick Search bar at the top right of every page – just type in a keyword, for example, 80 x 80 thermal roll, and this will bring up all related products using the keywords you have specified.
What are barcode labels?
A barcode label has a series of thin and thick lines with variable spacing that normally denote an 8 to 15-digit code that is registered to correspond to a company and product. They are also used for other methods of identification, such as patients in hospitals.
Do you supply ATM thermal rolls for banks?
Yes, we provide top-quality ATM rolls (107mm x 20m/25m), compatible with machines like NCR, Diebold, and more.
How long will delivery take?
We try to dispatch all orders at the earliest. The delivery can take anywhere between 2-7 working days depending upon the delivery location.
